A large portion of Greece’s plum production comes from regions in Macedonia and Thessaly — areas blessed with an ideal microclimate, fertile soils, and decades of cultivation experience. Plums from these regions are recognized internationally for their velvety flesh, rich and full flavor, and vibrant color, which remains lively and appealing even after transport to the most demanding markets.
